Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Technical issues preventing access to the Service
Duplicate charges or billing errors

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
No refund will be issued for the current billing period
